Introduction: Embarking on a spontaneous trip to Amritsar, my culinary adventure unfolded as a delightful exploration of flavors, textures, and the vibrant local food scene. This journey, captured through the lens of an artist, unveils the intricate palette of Amritsari cuisine, each dish a stroke in the canvas of my memorable experience.
Ranjit Swassa: A Vintage Haven In my pursuit of the off-beat, I discovered Ranjit Swassa—an age-old bungalow turned guest house with an irresistible vibe. Despite its rustic charm and less-than-perfect upkeep, the cozy atmosphere and courteous staff made it a haven to relax and unwind. The multiple lounging corners added to the charm, providing the perfect backdrop for my artistic reflections.

Haveli: Savoring Tradition Haveli, with its traditional make ki roti and sarso da saag, offered an authentic culinary experience. The small bowl of ghee and khand on the side enhanced the satisfaction of this timeless combination. The restaurant provided a sophisticated break from the bustling streets, adding a touch of refinement to our culinary journey.

Maqbool Kulcha |
Ahuja Milk Bhandar and Gian Di Lassi: Lassi Indulgence Lassi at Ahuja Milk Bhandar or Gian Di Lassi was a must-try, with malai on top and a dollop of butter. The richness and flavor of these lassis were unparalleled, leaving an indelible mark on my taste buds.
